Eight vendors, side by side

Go to the matrix

48 questions put to eight vendors. 17 of them have no published answer.

Every filled cell was read from the vendor's own page on 20 October 2026. No scores, no ranking, and the source on each tool's entry.

A blank cell means no published answer was found, not that the answer is no.

The same table counted down its columns: how many of the eight give any answer at all, whether that answer is yes or no. Retention is the field they answer least, and only two of those three answers are a period — the third says the plugins keep nothing on the server, which answers a different question.

Two of eight publish a retention period. The other six answer with a variation of "for as long as necessary".

Nastia states that material is kept while the account is open and itemises every exception, up to seven years for rule-violation records. Candy AI gives three years after account closure and ten for financial records.

One of the remaining six sidesteps the question entirely by stating that its generation plugins keep nothing on the server. That answers a different question than the one asked, and the account it is tied to is not covered by it.

Owning your output means two different things

Five vendors say the user owns what they generate. In two of those five — Nastia and Kalon — the licence running back to the operator is scoped to making the service work.

In the other three it is perpetual and includes commercialisation, and one of those three separately forbids the user from any commercial use at all. The sentence is the same; the bargain is not.

Perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable

CrushOn AI — Over everything a user submits, with a further licence running to every other user of the service. Terms of use, last modified 22.09.2026, as recorded on this site's entry for it

Limited to what is needed to run the service

Nastia AI — No perpetual term and no commercialisation; what you create stays private to the account. Terms v1.0, 16.09.2026, as recorded on this site's entry for it

Licensed to every other user

CrushOn and Dream Companion both grant each user of the service a licence to use, reproduce and make derivative works from what you submit. The wording in the two documents is near identical, which suggests one template rather than two decisions.

Six attributes of the licence each operator takes over what a user submits, read from its own terms on 20 October 2026. A hatched cell is a question that vendor's documents do not address; two of the eight leave the whole row unanswered.

What this table does not say

Nothing about output quality, speed or whether a model follows prompts well. None of that was measured, and this catalogue holds no accounts with any vendor.

Nothing about whether a filter will refuse your use case, and nothing about services not listed here: eight entries is where the reading got to, not a shortlist.

One of the eight was not running on the day it was read.

Kalon's own banner states that chat, image and video generation are down until further notice. A catalogue that only read documents would have missed it, which is the argument for opening the site as well as the policy.

Before you pay

  1. Who owns the output

Terms differ sharply on whether you may publish what you generate, and on whether the vendor may reuse it in training or promotion.

Walk away if: The terms grant the vendor an unlimited licence to your generations and say nothing about your own rights.

  2. What happens to prompts and uploads

Prompts in this category are sensitive by definition, and a vendor that keeps them indefinitely turns a breach into a personal disaster.

Walk away if: No retention period anywhere, no deletion route, support answers by asking for a screenshot of your billing page.

  3. Published limits

Clip length, resolution, queue position and daily generation caps are the difference between a working tool and a demo.

Walk away if: The pricing page sells 'unlimited' and the fair-use clause in the terms contradicts it.

  4. Billing and cancellation

Adult platforms are the single largest source of subscription complaints, mostly over renewals and descriptor names on the statement.

Walk away if: Cancellation requires email, the trial auto-upgrades to annual, or the statement descriptor is undisclosed.

Questions about the comparison

Why is the table full of gaps?
Because the documents are. A blank cell means the question is not answered on any page this catalogue read, and that is a finding rather than an omission — eight vendors, and six of them publish no retention period at all.
Why is nothing ranked?
A ranking needs one axis. These eight fail on different ones: the vendor with the clearest retention stance publishes no operator name, the two with the plainest grant of output rights take a perpetual licence back, and the one with the most detailed price list licenses your material to every other user. Collapsing that into first to eighth would destroy the only information the table carries.
How current is this?
Every cell was read on 20 October 2026 from the pages linked on each tool's entry. Vendor documents change without notice, so where this table and a vendor's current page disagree, the vendor is right and this needs updating.
What would it take to add a ninth vendor?
The same walk: pricing page, terms, privacy policy, content policy, checkout and support channel, each read and quoted with a date. A name with no documents read stays a row in the catalogue with nothing in it.
