What gets a reply

What does not
Requests to add a tool without documentation, offers to exchange links, and submitted articles. The catalogue does not publish contributed copy, and a tool is added when its specifications can be sourced, not when it asks.
Timing
Corrections are handled first and are usually live within a few days. Everything else takes as long as it takes; the site is maintained rather than staffed.
